Lawn Care Operations
Crews and the owner text a number. The agent builds each day’s route, texts each crew its stops in the morning, asks what got done at the end of the day, rolls missed yards to the next day, and texts the owner a nightly summary. A phone dashboard sits alongside. Live texting has been on since September 2026, on real routes.
Fitness App, In Beta
A daily-workout app for iOS and web. It has a coach-built daily program, a movement library, progress tracking and streaks, leaderboards, an AI assistant, an admin tool for designing workouts, and an in-gym TV display. Parritec built it using AI agents that we directed. In beta.
Prototype
A prototype AI marketing agent. It reads the product catalog, writes a daily brief, and drafts ads into a human approval queue. It checks every ad against compliance rules. It runs report-only and cannot write to any ad platform.
Defense Engineering
An agentic expense assistant that reads receipt photos with a vision model, extracts and validates line items against travel policy, and chats with the traveler to fill gaps, updating receipts and adding expenses through tools. It generates route maps and assembles the final, signed-off expense report as a PDF. In production use today.
Public Demo
A data pipeline that pulls tides, currents, marine forecasts, and live buoy observations from NOAA and other sources every morning, has an LLM write a structured fishing briefing, and delivers it by email and to a live web page anyone can check against today’s conditions.
